The Village at Bright Oaks Section II is located in Harford County, MD. The Village is adjacent to shopping, restaurants, schools, Upper Chesapeake hospital, doctors and an adult recreationn center.

The Village was constructed on Hazelnut Court, Bel Air MD by Ryan Builders in 1997-1998 and consists of 4 3-story buildings of 12 units each. There are two models: front units are approximately 1000 sq.ft. and rear units are approximately 1300 sq.ft.

Bright Oaks II is currently managed by MRA Property Management, Inc. The Condo Association is goverened by a five member Board of Directors, elected by the Unit owners. Each serve a two year term.


Board Meetings

Board meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month starting at 7:00 PM. The next Board meeting will be held April 3, 2012 in 200-B.


News

Inspection of the elevators and elevator fire alarms this January went well. The elevators are certified for another year.


Repairs to 200 sewer system are complete. Other buildings will be inspected to prevent future trouble.


The parking lot will be resurfaced and sealed this spring. Cars will have to be moved during this work. We will keep you informed as the time nears.
